• Reception of grievances, official claims concerning social disagreements from people working for the government.
• Resolution: negotiating, managing each file (approx 15 files per month) proposing satisfactory solutions to all parties

• Review and prepare responses for proposals, bids and contracts
• Analysing contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies
• Communicating contract policy and practice to internal business teams
• Preparing and administrating correspondence, negotiation memoranda and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal
• Providing support and advise to personnel on contract-related matters
• Negotiating directly with customers regarding contract terms and conditions
• Proposing updates and improvements to standard contract language and to contract procedures

• Personal assistant of the director of the association, assisting him in his day to day management duties; organizing flights, meetings, liaising with suppliers and customers
• Support for various projects including recruitments and drafting new employment contracts

• Organization and preparation of meetings, conferences, workshops and other business related events
• Assessments of the needs of our members
• Providing advise and reports to the concerned parties that promotes and safeguard the well-being and interests of the members
