    2018 - maintenant - Begin with concept design and end at Start-Of-Production +3/6 months (once quality standards have met customer specifications)
    - Lead product and process development to ensure feasibility and compliance to requirements (customer product specification including geometry convergence)
    - Validate the product and process to reach Production Part and Process Approval (PPAP)
    - Work in compliance with the program budget and negotiate internal product changes with the program manager
    - Primary Faurecia technical representative to supports program management at customer in order to achieve the profitability objective of the program
    - Manage development team-members (≈10 people) functionally (including product design engineers, development engineers and process tool engineers.

  • Faurecia - Development Engineer

    2017 - 2018 - In interface with the customer's engineering team
    - Manage internal cross functional team for all Design and Engineering aspects
    - Support the PDL to reach the quality, costs and timing targets of the program
    - Define the product functional analysis (based on standard) to translate customer specifications and internal requirements into clear product performance criteria.

  • Faurecia - Product Design Engineer

    2015 - 2017 - Create concepts, kinematics and technical solution matching with targeted functionality
    - Manage input and output technical data, with respect of the Product Data Management templates and rules

    2014 - 2014 Mission : Optimisation et innovation (redesign to cost) des produits vie série de la conception à la fin de production.
    - Analyse complète de la chaine de production (de la conception à la fabrication, process et supply chain inclus). Cela impliquant une coopération avec tous les services de l'entreprise.
    - Optimisation des problèmes mis en avant lors de l'analyse, dans le but de rentabiliser sur un an les changements sans modifier la qualité des produits.
    - Pilotage d'outils de suivis des rectifications dans le cahier des charges pour s'assurer du bon fonctionnement des modifications.

    Clermont-Ferrand 2013 - 2013 Mission : Conception d'un logiciel Matlab permettant l'illustration pédagogique d'un cours de mécanique des vibrations.
