Graduated from INSA (Engineering School), I am fascinated by information technology in general, and mobile technologies in particular.
Engineer at HighConnexion since 2009, I am in charge to the operations and the technical support of multichannel platforms: SMS, MMS, NFC, Emailing, Voice, Flashcodes, QRCodes, Mobile Apps ... with the main tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of these platforms and develop new features in the light of new developments of the mobile operators in France and abroad
This position also allows me to stay in touch with the company's customers to provide solutions related the use of our tools, as well as to their needs.
It takes a lot of responsiveness, leadership and listening skills that I try to grow daily.
