    • Margin improvement analysis in daily routine. Setup profitability improvement targets and make strategies to achieve them.
    • Calculate the cost and paybacks of new projects. Help management on standardization to achieve effectiveness and reduce wastage. Goal is to achieve the desired profitability.
    • Sales forecasting for all the customers for next 6QRF (total turn over of 35 Millions €)
    • Calculate the raw materials variation’s impact on final price (customer by customer), setup the targets and define the deadline for sales people to achieve them and weekly follow up with them.
    • Manage contracts with customers and update them.
    • Work closely with supply chain and production to make capacity and production planning.
    • Monthly sales reporting to group (the variations on sales vs Budget with the reasons)
  • Valeo VCC, France - Assistant Commodity Buyer

    2008 - 2009 • Managing O-rings, foams and assisting in filters, seals, metal clips and fasteners product families for HVAC (Total turnover around 10 Million €).
    • Analyze foam portfolio, consolidation of VCC Branch data (Turnover around 2 M€ annually) and consultation of all references from 2 suppliers(consultation for around 90 references in total and closed around 60 unnecessary references)
    • Organise BOL (Bidding on Line) on Ariba Base for high volume of small components (O-Rings and seals ) with annual turnover of around 1 Million € with total savings of around 50%.
    • Resourcing Suppliers and following SURE (SUpplier’s REduction) Panel
    • Phase out of 3 suppliers after closing all unrequired references and transferred remaining references to other suppliers
    • Check supplier’s competitiveness in terms of QCD (Quality, Cost and delivery) and make competitive analysis for Material sourcing committee for approval.
    • E-sourcing and resourcing in Low Cost Countries, managed to bring 2 suppliers in Panel from China and India.
    • Continue contact around 30 suppliers to keep us upto date with supplier’s ISO 14001, ISO TS 16949, Liability Insurance and SVHC REACH documents
