Since 2006, I'm the CEO of Faeria.Studio, founded to be a skills pool in video games and especially the online and interactive digital creation. I'm proud to animate a strong team of people, very talentuous, polyvalents, who love challenges, auto-determinated and federated by the cooperative model. We believe that the digital distribution is changing the face of the industry as never it was before.
With Faeria.Events, I'm an Event Planner particularly interested in new role playing game and community relationship, specialized in team building and incentive events for large groups and medium sized companies. It's remarquable that we are using the same mechanics off-line to develop team building around a collective identity than we used online with the communities.
Through the Faeria.Studio, I develop different universes, storylines and game design for MMORPG. My position in the team is the role of the product owner, I lead the storywriter team and participate from the game concept to the game design development. As CEO, I represent and defend the team and the project when it is necessary and give vision and sens of innovation with sensemaking upon request of the situation.
