Marc, Senior Vice President and Managing Director Europe SW, 51, joined CSC France in 1994 as Consulting and Operations Director. Over the last 19 years, he has contributed to the continuous growth and profitability of CSC EMEA South and West including the transformation of the business model to focus on high added value activity.
In addition to his extensive experience in selling and delivering business and IT transformation, Marc helped define and deploy the Consulting model in France, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Portugal :
- Focus on key accounts for growth
- Sell and manage large business transformation programs (ex.: Credit Agricole NICE) - Improve CSC's image with CxOs for 10 consecutive years (ex.: Barometers CFO, CIO, CRM, SRM, ...)
- Build repeatable consulting solutions and industry value propositions
- Recruit, manage and retain high added value consulting teams (+2000 with a low turnover)
- Create Consulting MBA within European Business Schools (Dauphine, Luiss)
- Develop strategic partnerships (ex. Microsoft).
Before joining CSC France, Marc managed the Management Consulting Practice activities for SEMA Group in France. Prior to this, he worked for international audit and strategic consulting firms.
Marc has a MS degree in Finance and Accounting (University of Paris Dauphine). He is certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Marc is married and has 4 children.
