Founding member and international manager of this corporate venturing unit dedicated to wireless projects. Invested in 6 ventures. Involved in generate deal flow, screen opportunities and organize due diligence. Negotiate investment contracts. Assist the portfolio companies in general management and strategic issues, fund raising, networking and business development. Mobilize key support resources from France Telecom.

Developed the marketing strategy for the pan-European offer prior to the acquisition of Orange. Researched the market, supervised marketing plan and technical work, and implemented project planning techniques. Reported to Board of Directors. Managed staff of 7 reports with 2 direct. Managed budget of 1M Euros.

Director of Marketing and Sales - Corporate Market (1996 – 1999)

Designed and implemented the marketing strategy for the corporate market segment. Coordinated strategy and policies with other market segment managers. Organized and managed the sales channel mix including target assignment and support to tailored offering. Reconciled and followed the P&L. Reported to Marketing VP, then head of Business Unit. Managed staff of 10.
