  • CGX AERO - Project manager

    Castres 2015 - maintenant The project was to provide an aeronautical equipment, requiring coordination of 3 subcontractors and 1 partner for a period of five months, and to carry out a construction plane in order to integrate this equipment.
    The project also required to get the approval of some French regulatory authorities (ANSSI, SBDU, and DGA)) and of Senegal (ANACIM) and was concluded with success by the delivery of the equipment, and the formation of the customer on site, in Dakar.

    Presentation of my company and its products at the international exhibition of the IFIS 2016 in Belgrade (Serbia).

  • CGX AERO - Product manager

    Castres 2011 - maintenant Responsible of 2 R & D projects:

    A project with 3 people, and management of a call team 7 / 7d 24h / 24 of 4 people.
    A second project with a multi disciplinary team of 3 people(1 computer engineer, 1 engineer of control in flight and 1 commercial).
    Management of the advancement and billing of projects.
    Human resources management (distribution of human resources, recruitment).
    Participation in the drafting of the technical part of international tenders.
    Responsible for the relationship with a partner.

    Design and database development and associated interfaces.
