After having spent the last 20 years working within a pan-European environment, first in Germany, then in England and Spain, my recent missions in France have enable me to bring my multifunctional and international experiences into the management of IS and IT Projects.

My goal is to progress as a Project Manager at international levels.

My choice is motivated by the fact that I wish to
• transfer my multi functional skills and multi cultural experiences to support PME and PMI in their development process
• bring experts together and motivate them to bring their skills and differences into one common and ambitious project.
• bright up the spectrum of my knowledge through various experiences.

My strengths are:
• Project Management (TPS, GPP, PM Book, ITIL methodology)
• Multi functional and cultural Team Management and coordination (team of 15)
• Good understanding not only of the language but also the working environment of 3 of France's main business partners (Germany, England, Spain)
• An overall knowledge of the whole supply chain in the automotive industry (8 yrs experience) and the applications of Lean methodologies within the Toyota production system (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc...)
• Procurement and Supplier management / Partner Strategy.
• Marketing and sales activities: RFI and RFP processes
• Good knowledge of 2 ERP : BAAN and SAP (MM / SD)

• Project "Partner Management" (T-Systems International GmbH, Deutsche Telekom Group): Function Commercial Partner Manager, support Partner Manager, strategic and cost analysis & management of 10 Partners, ordering management and process definition, reporting, claim management.
• Project "Service Management" (Airbus Defence and space, Airbus Group, IM department): Function PMO Operation, responsible for Supply and Quality Management, Budget analysis, maintenance and reporting
• Project "Enovia Catia V6" (Airbus Defence and space, Airbus Group) : Function Project Management - Responsible as a PLM Project Manager Officer for Risk,Time, Resource and Comunication management

    Blagnac 2011 - 2011 As a SAP business consultant for Stéria France, I participate in the integration of the new informatics system chosen by ATR as part of the ASTRE Project.

    My mission is to use my business experience as a logistician in the industry sector and assist a team of 25 SAP consultants in the engineering, both in French and English, of training material and data input in SAP.

    This experience has enable me to adapt my supply chain skills to the specificity of the aeronautic sector and to show strengths such as adaptability and capacity of building relationships based on trust during the interface with the customer, organization and planning

    2010 - 2010 As a supply chain manager in the service area, I am part of the Global transformation Project of our company (Lean Project)

    My responsibilities are:
    * Gap Analysis : Review with our customer in the service area, our compagny performance versus the customer requirement in particular the Quality Standard of the Toyota Production System.
    * Developement: Agree with our customer new feasible and realistics targets in accordance with our compagny goals, and propose an action plan
    * Realisation: define and lead the improvement team, follow the activities and ensure the support of the team during the change.
    * Ensure skill transfer before the end of the misssion.

    This is a 5 months mission with following targets

    - Reject rate less than 50ppm
    - Profit of minimum 50%

    2008 - 2010 * In charge of answering the customer requests for quotation (RFQ)
    * Coordinate the RFQ activities and Processe between the production plant in UK, the costing and project department in Spain
    * Sales responsible for service parts and prototypes accounts
    * Lead a marketing study about our competitors in France and in Germany

    My achievements:
    * I have developed a good understanding of the supply chain from development until supply via production.
    * I have improved the sales activity and processes of the prototypes account and multiplied our cash-flow by 4
  • Maier UK Ltd - Customer Focus Logistics Technician (PSA)

    2004 - 2008 In charge with all logistics application related to Peugeot-Citroen.

    Main achievements:
    * I have developed a good understanding from the end of the logistics chain as well as from the transport
    * I have introduce the new protocole logistique of PSA and coordinate the introduction of new quality and information tools (Galia, EDI, e-business,...)
    * I have improved the understanding and communication between a French customer and an English / Spanish supplier
    * I have reduced the transport cost by 108.750 euros over a year
    * I have rationalised and reduced by 30% the work load involved within the logistics activities.
    * I have coordinated the improvement of the service activity and negotiated new packaging for PSA
