-Data Quality Manager (Data warehouse)
-Find new software or tools to improve the business
-Trains users to the new IT tools
-Delivers business environments for reporting and data analysis

Creation of the bonded warehouse in relation with Angolans general direction of customs, financial and economic ministry
-Duties and taxes calculation bases on local tariff book
-Invoicing and payment (IT and security part)
-Test and training on different external and internal software’s
-Local installation
-Web link with customs and local administration

Support and trainings in a different country (Philippines, Taiwan, Germany, Hong Kong, Moldavia, Iran, UK, Peru, Mexico)

IT Manager in charge of Y to K deployment in African country (Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Angola, Rwanda, Senegal, Mauritania, Nigeria, Mali, Guinea, etc…)
- Needs analyses, support and Training
- Documentation creation
- Assistance and training to local customs department for Y to K migration.
-Local training on HS Classification, Brussels Definition of value (BDV) and WTO valuation

- Implementation of the new security program to Douala (Cameroon) and Conakry (Guinea) in collaboration with local customs
- Duties and Taxes calculation and direct payment to the local bank with a IT security check
- Creation of the new Tariff book under the IT platform
- Exemptions and exception calculation process
- ONG, embassy and ministry exceptions for Duties and taxes calculation
- Local Customs officers training on HS Classification, Brussels Definition of value (BDV) and WTO valuation
- Implementation of internal procedures and job quality process
