Currently leading a comprehensive and cross functional Customer 360 initiative at Red Hat to help fuel growth, promote innovation, and increase field productivity. The initiative will also refine customer data, business processes, systems, and tools, and make content, data, and analysis readily available. Also established a shared services off shore center for most back office functions to be performed from a centralized location.
