I am part of the International Talent Programme 2009/2010 in the Labour and Social Policy division -International Education cluster. I joined ECORYS Nederlands as an intern for 6 months in February 2009, where I was a member of the M&E Unit.
I come from Le Havre, in Normandy and I studied at Sciences Po Lyon for five years, where I specialized in the Public Affairs department. I hold a Bachelor degree from the University of Bergen, Norway, where I studied governance, institutional design and management, and a Master's degree in Evaluation and Monitoring of Public Policies from Sciences Po, Lyon2 University.
Before joining ECORYS I did an internship in the Evaluation department of a local Public Administration (2007) and an internship in an Institutional Communication Agency specialized in governance and citizens conferences (2008).
I am specialised in projects, programmes and policies evaluations. Throughout my experience within ECORYS, I participated in various assignments from acquisition to implementation. I was involved in the proposal writing of several projects in Africa, notably the Technical audit of the workshops in the Education field in Mali (won) and the Joint ex-post evaluation of the Education policy in Benin (won). I was heavily involved in the tender for EC FWC Lot 7 (Governance and Home Affairs - won) through contacts with both international and local consultants, which enabled me to build a strong network of experts. Moreover, I have been involved in the Ex-post Evaluation of Tempus III, from documentary analysis to reconstruction of the intervention logic, phone interviews with local coordinators and writing part of the report.
In the LSP division, I am currently working, in cooperation with BDSU, on large Technical Assistance projects in the Balkans, notably the Comprehensive strengthening of the capacities of the Agency for Adult Education in Croatia. I am also involved in a Feasibility study to setup EU Sectoral Councils on Employment and Skills for DG Employment.
Being part of the International Education cluster, I am eager to work on projects related to this field, especially in West Africa, where my French skills could be of interest.

- Réponse à un appel d’offres pour un plan de relance du quotidien Paris-Normandie : définition du plan de communication et des supports, rédaction de la note, présentation du projet devant un jury.
2007 - 2007- Participation à la rédaction du rapport d’évaluation de la politique départementale d’allégement des cartables des collégiens : saisie des réponses aux questionnaires, traitement quantitatif (logiciel Sphinx) et qualitatif des données.
- Mise en place d’une étude de faisabilité sur la possibilité d'évaluer le devenir d’enfants confiés à l’Aide Sociale à l'Enfance : méta analyse, collecte de données qualitatives et quantitatives, enquêtes téléphoniques.
