This approach examines the problems and difficulties, the learning and changes, confronting international business people in the globalization of their role (ex. new international roles, new global commercial or executive organization, new transversal teams to build and manage, new cultural systems to work with and implement, and a significantly more demanding global context).
It brings them 'global best practice models' to face these challenges and adapt to local situations and enables them to feel more confident and at ease in Global English, international communication, global teams and talent, visionary and strategic leadership and intercultural transnational communities.
Executives exchange with their trainer/coach around these different models and processes to adapt and develop those that are pertinent to their particular situation, releasing greater clarity and confidence: Teams examine their circumstances and find solutions to make progress: Learning communities exercise these models and discover fun ways to learn and new ways of working: Training leaders obtain integrated designs that fit as modules into their programs.
These exchanges are created in transparent Global English, the target language, the language of the global business community. This facilitates the natural acquisition of linguistic expression and comprehension in parallel, which results in a significant and more rapid increase in confidence and ease in English as the means of exchange with colleagues, clients and partners: A more durable, sustainable and rapid progress than is possible with a classical language training program: more stimulating, and fun and entirely focused on the client's role and situation.
