    Head of EMEA Finance & Business Planning Operations, my role is to lead the Finance & Business Planning Operations team, driving cross-franchise initiatives and processes.

    * Lead the Finance & Business Planning processes : Long Range planning, 6-Quarter Rolling forecast, Allocation, Weekly review, Sales Incentive Plans;
    o Ensure reliable Business systems and strong reporting capabilities, leading the Customer Intelligence activities;
    * Manage the HQ expenses : develop 2 Finance & Business Planning analysts to provide the HQ functions with the key decision making metrics.
  • Celgene - ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, SALES EXCELLENCE EMEA

    Head of Customer Intelligence, my main objective was to provide solutions to better serve our customers, enhance our interactions with them, through effective customer relationships and improved support to strategic decision making.

    * Enhance the customer knowledge through effective customer data: provide the business with meaningful customer data, potential, attitudes, behaviours, to help make the right business decisions;
    * Ensure the company gets strong analytics capabilities through reliable and actionable information, and best in class reporting tools;
    * Support an adapted approach to our customers and provide an effective customer relationship: optimizing the resources to support an effective multi-channel strategy;
    * Lead the Sales Excellence Universities : lead a group of 20 people, countries representatives of Sales Excellence activities.
  • CELGENE FRANCE - SALES & MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER

    During those 5 years, I have contributed to Celgene creation in France and to its evolution.
    In parallel, I have strongly contributed to European projects realization, particularly by taking in charge the new CRM implementation for Europe.

    * Creation of the Sales & Marketing Operations Department: definition and implementation of the roles & responsibilities (SFE, Market Research, Congress & Events);
    * European Business Lead for the CRM Mobile Intelligence (Cegedim) :
    * Implementation of a pan-European tool, replacing local solutions
    * Coordination of local deployments, in collaboration with the third-party;
    * Contribution to the creation of a sustainable multi-cultural team (Sales Excellence Universities).
    * Local Project Manager for the launch of Revlimid : cross-functional activities management and coordination with European HQ functions
    * Sales forecasting implementation, in collaboration with the European teams
    * Definition and implementation of the Business Analytics offer;
    * Sales Force Effectiveness lead : Sales incentive plans, dashboards, territory strategic plans ; sales force processes; events & congresses operations.

    * Redesign of sales forecasts
