    2015 - maintenant As a Google Apps for Work consultant, my current mission is currently focused in sustaining operations after Google Apps deployments.

    Currently working as a Google Apps engineer in one of the french CAC40 that decided to go Google, my mission is to:

    - Define and revise processes and communication strategies definition according to the pursued SLAs of the department.
    - Treat requests, incidents, raise problems and investigate RCA for cases related to the support of Google Apps for Work.
    - Ensure communication among the different global IT teams and platform services standardization post-deployment.
    - Align with the expectations and requirements of both business and project team.

  • British American Tobacco - IT Application Support Coodinator

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2012 - 2013 Coordinate preventive and reactive IT applications support for the Marketing and Sales areas, using practical technology services to markets in Venezuela in order to ensure the amount of business. Functional member of the IT Team, involved in activities that require the analysis, development, maintenance and support to assure the continuity of IT services.
