Reporting to the project team regarding the schedule and costs
Organising and attending the Kick-Off Meetings at the main Vendors’ premises

Procurement of equipment for pumping stations, some of them had to be purchased in countries such as Algeria and Egypt
Placing orders in conjunction with Project Managers for the supply of workforce in various countries

Visiting sub-contractors in order to perform audits, check the quality of their parts, their planning methodology and report my findings
