2008 - 2010Mission : From July to December 2010, I have been on a mission onsite for EADS, on behalf of WIPRO Ltd (India) as the SAP BI Focal Point. In the scope of HR Reporting evolution, I have been in charge of:
• Analyzing change requests
• Writing corresponding technical documentation and providing them to the off-shore team in India (specifications, dataflows, cartographies)
• Integration Testing
• Move into production
• Environment : SAP HR, SAP BI 7
From April 2009 to June 2010, I have been on a mission for the Toulouse Airport (France) as a SAP BI Designer to set up the financial reporting tool (profit centers financial performance, financial centers budget follow-up, investments orders follow-up, purchasing process analysis):
• Workshops with end-users to identify business needs (Finance, Controlling and Purchasing units)
• Functional specifications and datawarehouse design
• Technical landscape: SAP ECC 6 (FI/CO, MM, FM), SAP BI 7, BO XI R3, Data Integrator 11.7
• Team leading (3 developers)
• Customer’s technical team training
I was also involved during the SAP 4.7 upgrade to ECC6:
• Impact analysis on datasources used in the BI (Unicode issue)
• Connections update due to new SAP source systems
• Tests
I have also been involved in projects for Airbus on quality and finance subjects on SAP BW v3.1 & v7 :
• Design and development of dataflows (custom-made InfoObject, DataSource, InfoSource, Extractor, ODS and InfoCube)
• Transfer rules, Update rules and Start routines development using ABAP
• Data extraction and loading from SAP R/3 system
• Loads automation using process chains
• Optimization
• Reporting using BEX Query Designer and Web Application Designer
Evaluation report : I consider my project for the Toulouse Airport as a highlight in my career as a SAP BI Consultant. Indeed, I have been involved from the pre-sales step to the delivery and therefore I have been living the whole project. It was a premiere, as well as my position as a technical-functional consultant.
My last position has also been very rewarding as I had to cope with communication issues.
I have been improving my skills considerably this past year, and I'm looking forward to taking part in new challenges.
2007 - 2008Au sein du pôle Développement et Administration des ventes, mise en place d’un outil intranet de reporting pour les résultats commerciaux: Suivi des ventes, suivi des objectifs, projection de CA, CA à démarrer, analyse SPANCO, analyses multi-dimensionnelles (client, produit, secteur géographique):

2006 - 2006Projets d’évolution de la plateforme Glass Custody : outil de reporting dédié aux investisseurs institutionnels et accessible via plateforme Internet, développé en spécifique par la banque et qui offre une palette complète des services rattachés au portefeuille titres (valeurs mobilières, OPCVM, produits dérivés listés): règlement/livraison, positions de portefeuille, suivi des OST, vote aux assemblées générales.
*Etudes et validation des demandes d'évolution transmises par les prospects, les clients et les responsables back-office
*Spécifications fonctionnelles des nouveaux besoins et des évolutions
*Suivi des développements en relation avec la maîtrise d'œuvre
*Homologation des nouvelles fonctions livrées
*Contexte international - notamment dans le cadre du projet autour du module de vote aux assemblées, en relation avec la société d’analyse financière PROXINVEST (US)
