Gestions des sous -traitants;
Développement d’un outil de soutien à l’audit interne des sous traitants en vue de l’évaluation de leurs performances HSE vis à vis des standards ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.

Dépollution/Décontamination/ Restauration;
Conduit des études de faisabilité et des pilotes de traitement de terres polluées par hydrocarbures. Effectué des audits de cession, études historiques de site & assuré la maîtrise d’œuvre d’une dizaine de chantiers de dépollution.

Analyse des risques;
Revue ESR, ARI, HAZID, HAZAN, HAZOP, PTR & Modèle 3D
Développement de programme de formation et sensibilisation se rapportant à la sécurité, l’hygiène du travail et l’environnement.

    Oil Spill Contingency Plan: updated the TOTAL ABK Oil Spill Contingency Plan. Co-organised a Tier 2 oil spill drill exercise. Participated in a Tier 3 ADNOC 1999 Major Exercise. Prepared the Total South Pars Oil Spill Contingency Plan and organised a Tier 2/Tier 3 oil spill drill exercise.

    Environment Management Plan: Achievement of a global management document that included Environmental Policy manual and Environment Management System. Compliance with ISO 14000.
    Training: Conducted several environment awareness and training sessions for engineers and technicians pertaining to heat stress, hearing conservation, waste management, environmental incident reporting and noise monitoring/abatement.
    Biodiversity Conservation: Prepared/designed with a local environmental organisation (ERWDA) a conservation program for the Dugong dugon, a marine mammal- threatened to extinction species under UICN.
