o Monitored the largest Eurocopter subsidiary with €450 m turnover and 1,100 employees

o Achieved the reorganization of the business through profit and cost centers

• Led specific stream on two strategy missions :
o Defined the internationalization strategy of a French insurance group
o Drafted the 3-year strategy plan of a French loan provider

• Valued the intangible assets (€18 b) and the goodwill (€27 b)
• Valued potential acquisition and recently acquired companies (e.g. Zentiva : €1.5 b)
