  LE TAMPON 2015 - 2015 (FR) ACB est un entreprise spécialisé dans la production de machines et de pièces destinées aux grands groupes de l'aéronautique (Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Rolls Royce, ...). J'ai réalisé mon stage de fin d'étude dans le département "Matériaux et procédés" et travaillé sur 2 projets principaux:
  > Réalisation d’une étude sur la soudabilité des alliages d’aluminium-lithium
  - Rédaction de rapports d’essai
  - Demande de financement obtenue auprès de clients après exposition des résultats
  - Essais industriels via des outils d’analyse de laboratoire (traction, fluage, microscopie)
  - Utilisation d’un plan d’expérience pour définir un intervalle de soudabilité sur métaux
  > Élaboration d’une procédure d’usinage de pièces aéronautiques en titane TA6V soudés
  - Essais d’usinage sur pièces prototypes
  - Réalisation de la gamme d’usinage de pièces aéronautiques
  - Lancement d’une production en série de pièces aéronautiques
  
  (EN) ACB is a company specialized in the production of machines and aeronautical structures for the aerospace groups (Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Rolls Royce ...). I did my end-of-studies internship in the department "Materials and processes" and worked on two main projects:
  > Conducting a study about the linear friction welding for an aluminum-lithium 2099 alloy
  - Writing test reports
  - Funding application obtained from customers / suppliers
  - Industrial tests using laboratory analysis tools (traction, creep, microscopy)
  - Using an experimental design to define a range of metals weldability
  > Project about machinability of welded TA6V titanium aeronautical structures
  - Machining tests on prototype parts
  - Definition of the machining steps for aerospace parts

• Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA - Assistant en laboratoire / Laboratory assistant

  - Projet traitant du camouflage électrique sur du carbone.
  - Participation à un projet traitant des nanocomposites.
