Marketing & Communications Director, Acropolis Telecom
Mission: To build the marketing department of a French SMB telecom operator specialized in Voice over IP and Voice, Video and Data convergence. IP-based service provider (IP phone communications, Internet, back-up, teleconferencing, mobile telecommunications...) via a xDSL, BLR, Wimax, Optic Fiber (FTTx)... connexion.
Responsibilities: Conduct research and analysis on the existing customer base and the company's competitive position in the industry in order to develop a marketing strategy that will maximize the company's revenues and profits.
Develop the company's brand image and its multi-channel communication campaign in order to reach the specified target segments and the competitive positioning to be achieved.
Develop and integrate the implementation planning for the company's portfolio of products and services.
Develop and manage the company's event calendar (from trade shows, to conferences, to company events).
Develop and launch the company's new website around key objectives (leads generation, user friendly, SEO friendly) in conjunction with the Web Marketing strategy.
Conceive and create the company's print support (ads, banners, flyers, product catalog...).
Work in close relation with the sales director in order to develop the sales force training programs, incentive campaigns, sales goals,...
Drive customer focus down into the organization (across all departments) and the customer service department in particular.
Customize and improve the company's Sales Force Management System and CRM software in order to develop estimates and reports on the ROI and effectiveness of all marketing and communications campaigns.
