•Set-up and administration of Documentum, Lorus Domino, Hyperfile, MS Access data bases (500 000 euros per year budget maximum)

•Set-up of Document Control Departments

•Definition of scope of statements

•Training of 300+ international users and document controllers

•Management of Document Control Departments (3 to 5 persons)

•Definition of budgets, human resources needs, procedures

•In charge of managing relationships with 3rd party companies in the frame of the contract

•Interface between developers and end-users
