- Answered the phone (in English) and wrote letters.
- Compiled presentations to the new participants and to the board (3 presentations per week).
- Dealt with client’s enquiries and/or complaints.
- Made the participants improve their English level. Organized their schedule.

- Sold and advised sports articles adapted to the consumer’s need.
- Merchandised.
- Managed the new co-workers.
- Worked behind tills.

- Welcomed visitors and assured their security once set up into the attraction.

- Contacted and made various actions to attract important buyers (collectivises, schools, television shows).
- Improved the sales figures by 15 000 Euros during my period of internship.
- Designed a new filing system to maintain the files held by the department.
2005 - 2006Part time Job. Responsibilities and achievements:
- Answered the phone and organized meetings between the clients and their banker.
- Suggested credits to the clients.
