Ancien sportif de haut niveau en tennis de table, je suis diplômé du programme grande école de l’Institut Mines-Telecom – Telecom Ecole de Management en Conseil et Management des SI.

Par ailleurs, après 3 années chez SFR, j'ai intégré le cabinet de conseil Wavestone (ex Solucom / Kurt Salmon) en 2013, avant de rejoindre Wavestone Maroc début 2015.

    2010 - 2012 Assignment 1: Contract manager
    --> I am in charge of following up maintenance contracts between SFR and providers (Key performance indicator, Service level agreement). Therefore, I must coordinate seven people per providers in order to ensure the Quality of Services and make the relationship between SFR and its providers as fluent as possible. Then, if providers do not respect the Service level agreement; I consolidated penalties via the penalty clauses.
    Value-added: Through this mission, I contribute to manage customer satisfaction.
    Key skills: I have acquired skills in management, diplomacy, and I am learning how to manage a “business to business (B2B)”relationship. Indeed, I deal regularly with SFR’s providers such as Ericsson, ATOS Worldwide etc.
    Workload: 40% of working time

    Assignment 2: Project manager
    --> I have implemented in an agile project mode a new tool of contract knowledge management for service and contract managers. I am in charge of the tool management from end to end (150 users).
    Value-added: Employees have an intuitive and up to date tool.
    Key skills: Statement of Requirements, analyse, creativity, understanding of technical aspects, reporting.
    Workload: 25% of working time

    Assignment 3: Project manager
    --> I am in charge of coordinating "manager of manager" in a project framework. I must identify problematic and needs, highlight weakness, and then implement smart process to improve outsourcing management. Indeed, SFR has chosen outsourcing strategy in order to make its structure lighter.
    Value-added: Once done, this project will allow improving strongly management and QoS of services outsourced.
    Key skills: Management, dealing with deadline, diplomacy, thinking out of the box, roadmap, reporting, way to lead a meeting.
    Workload: 35% of working time

    1- Contract Manager: Suivi des contrats fournisseurs, consolidation des SLA (service level agreement) et des pénalités, pilotage des réunions fournisseurs

    2- Maintenance opérationnelle et évolutive de l’outil de gestion des contrats

    3- Leader Projet « exploitabilité des Application Service Provider », visant à améliorer l’exploitabilité des services externalisés de bout en bout chez les fournisseurs SFR. Equipe projet composée uniquement de « manager of manager », analyse de l’existant – chantiers identifiés-livrables à fournir – analyse du gain en QoS, en charge de travail et budget – recommandations au CODIR
