Control of SAP various projects and management of their teams (30 persons).
Clients: Saint-Gobain Distribution, Monoprix, Alstom, Generali, Beghin Say, Fabre.
1)Point of Sales Integration for Saint-Gobain Distribution (2005 – 2007) :
- Creation of a core model for a signboard of the group on the purchasing functions stocks, back sale and front office: in charge of the presales and its implementation
- Deployment in Germany (50 users) and in Italy (50 users).
- Contractual Negotiation with the customer and the providers (3-6 subcontractors by project).
- Adaptation of this core model to a second signboard (Aquamondo) in France (150 users) with extension in Finance and Controlling.
- Management of a team (10 to 30 consultants), budget: 2,5M€.
2)Implementation of a SAP R/3 solution for Beghin Say (1999 – 2002) :
- Integration of 7 modules with the wrap of the Euro.
- Deployment onto headquarters and sugar refineries: 550 users.
- Management of a team of 25 consultants.
3) Audit for Generali: coordination with the SAP development team (Germany) and Management of the German provider’s team (25 persons) during 5 months.
4) In 2002-2003, acting as Global Support Manager and handling of a project for Alstom (purchases and finance) brought to a successful conclusion.

1)Revision of the supply-chain in Europe :
-Implementation of a logistic plan and a unique information system for the subsidiaries: deployment in France, Great Britain, Spain.
-Reorganization of the supplying flux in Spain: direct delivery from Munich (central platforms) to the Spanish customers, axing of 6 Intermediate storehouses.
2)Optimization of flows between the German central and the manufacturers of spares in Japan and Germany: reduction of the costs of storage and manufacturing from approximately 25% and reduction of the delays of re-supplying from 3 months to less than one month
