    LIMONEST 2016 - maintenant I plan, manage, launch, monitor and analyse marketing activities for South Europe and Benelux to address ACB and sales challenges such as:
    - New customers on boarding programmes, involving outbound call campaign
    - sales recovery campaigns
    - events and exhibition management
    - lead generation & conversion activities
    - content creation and management
    - innovation programmes
    - customer relationship management

    Working as a project lead on cross functions projects I have to manage teams with different backgrounds and competencies.

    Also working on innovative programmes, I am responsible for the startup programme. this is a programme that I've been designing & building for 2 years and I launched it in the market end of 2017.

    I have a solid network in local b2b media houses.
    I am also in charge of sales support material creation and local event organization.
    I work on transversal projects, integrating transversal functions within the business to always better support sales and ACB numbers.

    LIMONEST 2014 - 2015 Within the Retention & Growth department I'm in charge of customer retention & loyalty for Europe.
    Objectives:
    - Understand all European processes & our customer experience when they open an account with us or place their 1st order
    - Build an end to end welcome process for new customers & make them place a second & third order.

    - Deliver multichannel campaigns
    - Work closely with the person in charge of acquisition to ensure a good convertion & retention programme


    I'm currently also in charge of acquisition campaigns until we get a new member in our team & keep working on the loyalty programme & outstanding actions we have in progress.

    In addition to that I'm also dealing with local marketing action, such as the French catalogue, integration of marketing activities into the French sales teams.
