To deploy the processes/requirements related to Suppliers follow-up during the development phase for Equipment/System and Aersostructure/Material for the A350XWB and A320NEO Programme.
To monitor the correct application of the processes/tools and the good understanding of the subjects related to the GRESS/GRAMS Module 3, 4 & 5 (Engineering for Manufacturing / Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and industrialization).
To monitor APQP deployment and Create the checklists dedicated to the GRESS/GRAMS requirements identified as Critical to Quality (on Module 3, 4 & 5) and linked to APQP elements.
- Qualified AIRBUS trainer for the GRESS & GRAMS Tools (General Requirements for Equipment and System Suppliers & General Requirements for Aerostructure and Material Suppliers).
- Qualified AIRBUS trainer for the Modules Quality Assurance, Engineering Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Industrialization.
- Qualified AIRBUS trainer to perform the Awareness session “from correction to prevention” dedicated to the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) approach
2008 - 2008To set up an optimized method of inventory management and to automate it through SAP within the Central Logistic Department.
To analyse the correlation between the order points already defined within the Procurement Department for Paint Materials and the Needs-Consumptions-Stocks.
2007 - 2007To monitor the correct application of the processes/procedures and statistical methods in production.
To indentify the needs in terms of methods, tools or ‘know-how’ and to analyse the relevance of the company’s criteria and acceptance in regards to the standards and customer requirements (using Minitab Software).
To analyse the Training Modules (MSA, SPC, DOE...) already available in the Central Quality Department, complete them and improve them when necessary.
