As a member of Quality Supplier Department, I am in charge to deploy our practices and guidelines for the selection, evaluation and monitoring of suppliers.
During my previous career, I was in charge of the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.
In this regard, I had several responsibilities :

- Participate in the implementation of the quality policy and associated objectives
- Establish processes, associated objectives and indicators
- Involve all employees in the continuous improvement process
- Manage management reviews
- Plan internal / external audits
- Deploying the Six Sigma method to reduce the number of non-compliance
- Deployment of our practices and guidelines for selection evaluation and monitoring of suppliers and ensure compliance with these
- Lead supplier audits in collaboration with different department
- Establishment of a supplier panel for different countries
- Deployment of PWS (PowerSource) supplier database
- Train buyers on PWS and support them in the creation of suppliers in PWS

    2010 - maintenant ❑ Supplier Quality Manager:
    - Make sure compliance with the supplier selection process and qualification
    - Planning And management of supplier audits according to regulation, the standards ISO9001, 14001, OHSAS18001 and Alstom QHSE requirements (Quality Health Safety Environment)
