Mustapha ALLAF enjoys over 18 YEARS experience on the field of Smart cards, secured applications and complex Systems Integration.
He has been with THALES since 2001.
He is currently member of the Civil Protection Systems segment steering committee of Thales Security Systems & Sevices Company and heads its Technical direction.
He is in charge of the R&D, technical bid support and projects implementation for its 3 domains

ID Management : Facilitating the free circulation of people whilst ensuring appropriate border control and crime prevention. Ensuring unique identity and personal data protection.

Urban and Civil Security : Improving homeland security and protecting citizens in large urban areas.

Critical Infrastructure Protection : such as airports and ports, oil & gas facilities, water treatment plants, military bases and other sensitive sites such as museums, prisons and historical monuments.
