- Defined and monitored the commercial strategy worldwide
- Developed innovative pricing and sales approach
- Characterized implementation of innovative sales model and associated reorganization of the sales force
- Managed an international team of 12 (middle management - France, Germany, the US)

Within AREVA NC Mining Chemistry Enrichment Sector, world leader in fresh and recycled nuclear fuel products and services (ex-Cogema)

- Instructed transverse (inter-BUs) projects and arbitrations on behalf of the Sector.
- Monitored the Sector industrial, financial and commercial objectives
- Managed Sector communication and representation (internal and external)
- Member and secretary of the Sector Executive Committee

Within FLUIDYN FRANCE, Fluid dynamics software and consultancy firm (60 employees – France, UK, India)

* Managed the department and implemented improved quality processes: 3 engineers in France, 8 in India
* Contract management, including customer project interface
