- Administration of the Project team
- Budget planning
- Selection of involved planners and consultants for projects
- Participation at generation of contracting
- Coordination of all project participants (architects, general constructor, subcontractors, construction workers) and authorities, adjusters, planners, consultants etc
- Selection and assignment of operating companies
- On site supervising the construction work in progress
- Guidelines for and control of quality, costs and term

Management of turnkey construction projects (logistic and industrial buildings), including:

- architectural/structural/mechanical/electrical design,
- communication with local authorities,
- construction works
- commissioning
- handing over of the building

Responsilbities:
- Business development in the field of land use planning services
- Management of a team that comprises: 2 architects, 3 engineers and 2 designers
- Reporting to the Regional Director on the economic performance of the business unit

Responsibilities:
- developing and implementing environmental strategies and action plans that ensure corporate sustainable development;
- coordinating all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and renewable energy;
- leading the implementation of environmental policies and practices
- ensuring compliance with environmental legislation;
- auditing, analysing and reporting environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies;
- carrying out impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce an organisation's environmental risks and financial costs;
- managing the development and implementation of an environmental management system according to ISO 14001 standard;
- training staff at all levels in environmental issues and responsibilities;
- participating in environmental education and research;
- writing environmental reports,
- participating in Airport Council International (lobbying organisation that represent the European Airport Industry) activities on environmental issues
