Logistic Head of Department
Material process : storage of raw materials, components and final goods. Reception, picking for the production, packaging, deliveries and transport (France, Germany, Export). Custom clearance at office for import. Warehouse of 4500 m², management of 40000 components or raw materials, 25000 of them are available in stock.
Planification : Sales Operation Planification, scheduling, leveling. Management of the planification in the plant and for the Distribution Center in Germany
Supplier Relationship Management : implementation of the SRM for suppliers and carriers, partnership of local suppliers in the lean supply chain, introduction of the supplier Milkrun for local and Swiss suppliers.
Logistic Projects : standardization of the planification methods, production orders process and requirements (sales operation planification, MRP2, Kanban, schedule orders). Implementation of the BPS. Standardization and follow up logistic indicators.
Human resources : one warehouse supervisor, two warehouse team-leaders and about twenty warehouse collaborators, two project managers, two team-leaders for planification and procurement with about twenty material planner.
