Pre-sales Engineer in charge of full Technical and Sales support activities in over 12 Middle East countries for Core Network GSM, UMTS & IMS products.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing relationships and supplying support to technical buyers such as Etisalat and MTN
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations during prospect and offer defence meetings
• Preparing and delivering technical response to RFPs which includes working closely with Product, Project and Sales Managers in order to optimize the solution in term of technical consistency, time delivery and cost as well as to provide resultant pricing.
• Building response to RFPs including scoping engagements, design and dimensioning of the solution by working closely with technical experts.

Internship in IT Department of SAFRAN group for 2 years :

• Design and developement of a supervision tool for Ethernet-IP network (traceroute for level 2 layer)

• Design of a web site dedicated to the supervision of the company’s internal IT network

• Feasibility study and development of an automatic solution to ensure the migration of the network to broadband access.
