• Excellent project management and product development skills with detailed knowledge of the drug development steps and processes in a complex therapeutic setting,
• Ability to focus on long-term strategic goals and detailed operational needs,
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with external collaboration including vendor management and Alliance Partner,
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead multi-disciplinary teams and projects,
• Knowledge of the Neuroscience/Alzheimer's Disease clinical development/operations area,
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills,
• International business experience.

Experience of 14 years in global clinical research, including monitoring, project management, multiple vendor management (contract research organizations, clinical labs, specialty core labs, biomarkers, IVRS, EDC, clinical supplies, Data Safety Monitoring Board) and contribution at strategic clinical development program level.
