- Implementation of the new CRM strategy and software
- Commercial events management (sending invitations, making posters through Photoshop, planing activities, negociating with hotels, restaurants)
- Handle an dispatching operation of over 1000 bottles of wine in France (negotiating with delivery services, establish listings, monitoring logistically the reception and the dispatch...)
- Seminar Organization (a 3 day event with 50 000€ of budget for 50 participants)
