    • In charge of the overall group accounts.
    • Supervise and apply all group consolidation, control, accounting, risk, treasury and tax practices;
    • Provide and oversee day to day financial and accounting services and management
    • Handling overall Taxation matters, Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Company Law & other legal matters finalization of accounts & Audit
    • Responsible for Bank accounts and Cash management, Tax & Capex procedures
    • Supervision of collection process
    • Responsible for budget and plans realization, update and follow up

    HR Operation Manager
    • Manage HR matters including compensation and benefits, planning and policies; Have an oversight for the payroll, ensuring compliance with labour law, tax and social security regulations;
    • Define KPIs to measure, monitor and track the activity of the consultants / BU / Group.
    • Define/Design/Adapt new tools requested by the teams: IT, policies, processes, documents, reports, deliverables…
    • Act as a Group Supervisor for the entire life cycle of the operations, from the proposal to the placement.
    • Database management
    • Recruitment of expatriate profiles. Extensive recruitment experience in oil & gas and marine sectors.
