I'm working as Technical Project Manager in Alcatel-Lucent for different products. It means project management and te'chnical support for the deployment of VAS server in mobile and fixed phone network.

From 2003 to 2007, I was installing VAS servers for Alcatel-Lucent all over the World (Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Nigeria, Spain ...).
I installed different kind of product like VMS/VMB, SRP, MMS-C ...

From 2007 until now, I work as support for installers. I provide them technical support. I'm also performing project management and quotation for presales.
In addition, I take part to the installer team management and to the management of subcontractors, especially the invoicing.
