What I do: as a strategist or project director, I seek competitive advantages, market share increases, productivity gains and costs reduction through the use of digital technologies.
How I do it: Bridging the gap between the business and ICT, I enjoy seeing opportunities and devising innovative solutions to business requirements that empower customers, users and management. Because implementation is key, I like to share ideas in order to generate consensus and to lead the actual implementation.
Where I want to do it: Multi-national organizations requiring improved efficiency and lower costs.
Within Toyota, I created the strategy and the tools for internet applications for the Head Office, the country distributors and the dealerships, initially for Europe and then worldwide. I then integrated Internet and CRM to create full marketing campaigns to help launch new cars to new audiences.
Last I put in place reporting tools to measure the return of investment
The Internet sites, extranet tools and e-marketing campaigns I pioneered are now used in more than 120 countries through the world.
I look forward achieving similar success either in the industry sector or in services sector.
