I am the voice of startups Inside Microsoft France.

Everyday, I do my best to help French startups & entrepreneurs grow their Business and Tech equity by leveraging every asset Microsoft and our ecosystem has to offer:

- Access to Large Accounts (yummy...)
- Cutting edge technology
- A unique network of accelerators
- Contact with the best VCs and Business Angels around.

What do I believe in ?

1 - Long term always wins !
I establish long term relationships with the brightest and most successful entrepreneurs in France in pursuit of one single dream: make France the home of THE NEXT BIG THING.

2 - Helping others is mandatory
Either in Business, at school (Lecturer at Reims Management School) or at a later stage (helping graduated people get their 1st job with the "Nos Quartiers ont du Talent" Charity). My door is always open.

3 - I do things because I care
Passion drives me. I also love to share other's passions. If we are both passionate, we can achieve great stuff !


Background:
15 years of experience in Marketing & Business leadership at Microsoft.

Started as product Manager and launched major MSFT brands (Windows 2000, Windows XP...).

Moved to Audience Marketing and created the Demand Generation Engines (Telesales, Direct Marketing...) as well as Marketing infrastructure (Website, newsletters...) that still fuel the marketing activities of the Microsoft Dynamics product line today.

After this, took on larger responsibilities as a business planning Manager and was in charge of driving the governance of the French Subsidiary in order to achive the highest level of performance on both the business KPIs (scorecard) and Margin (Cost Management).

In 2013, I founded Microsoft Ventures Accelerator Paris (microsoftventures.com/paris). Since then, I have been raising the interest for startups at Microsoft, with the tremendous help of the entire Microsoft Ventures organization.

    - Managing Director for Spark, the startups Incubator by Microsoft France (downtown Paris). More on spark.microsoft.fr

    - Drive for success accross the board on our 4 key business Priorities, while maintaining a high level of external (partners & customers) & internal satisfaction (Division employees)

    2007 - 2011 En charge de la gouvernance Business de la filiale française, du Budget Marketing, de la planification et du reporting à la maison mère.

    Conduite du changement nécessaire pour que la filiale devienne performante sur deux critères opérationnels clés : la marge et la scorecard.
  • Microsoft France - Audience Marketing Manager

    2004 - 2007 Création du Marketing ERP & CRM de Microsoft suite au rachat de la société Navision (société danoise peu présente en France). Budget Marketing : 1.5m$
  • Microsoft France - Windows Product Manager

    1998 - 2004 Lancement BtoC et BtoB de Windows 2000 et Windows XP sur le marché français. 200m$ de CA, 7m$ de Budget marketing par an.
