60 Million USD EPCI UFR offshore project

• Negotiation/drafting of agreements with clients, suppliers, service providers.
• M&A: sale of assets (Polish factory) – in liaison with various law firms.
• Management of the legal issues related to the winding down of TTE Europe.
• Legal advice to business and operational work force.
• Management of the legal secretariat/litigation.

• In charge of the legal aspects of local and international tenders related to a wide range of IT products and services.
• Drafting of commercial proposals in collaboration with commercial, financial, engineering services and HP affiliates.
• Negotiation/drafting of agreements with clients (outsourcing, maintenance, support, consulting and integration…).
• Elaboration of partnership agreements with third parties: joint tender agreements, sub-contracting agreements…

• Management of the service provider portfolio (for Defense, Aerospace and Information Systems and Technologies markets): selection process, drafting of contracts, follow-up of activities, in cooperation with Thales commercial services and Asian-based Thales delegations.
• Legal advice to the various Thales delegations in Asia.
• Management of the legal secretariat of the Company and its Asian-based subsidiaries.
