MICE PLACE, an innovative concept
The new exhibition/meeting for event organizers !

The concept
In PARIS, LILLE, LYON and MARSEILLE, MICE PLACE are 4 exhibitions including business meetings dedicated to business tourism and event professionnals. This event will gather event organizers from all over the world with suppliers from the event and MICE industry. The Hosted Buyer Programme of MICE PLACE is an exclusive opportunity for qualified buyers coming mainly from the main European capitals to find solutions to organize their event.
Each participant is, prior to the show, contacted by our team to be qualified. MICE PLACE proposes a perfect match making between OFFER and DEMAND.
The exhibitors are French and International
Convention & visitor bureaux , Destinations and Tourist Offices, Hotels, Conference venues, Destination Management Companies, Services suppliers (catering, entertainment...), Technology providers (Audio Visual, Registration...), Transportation Companies...
Hotels :You can invite your prospects at our own expense (contact us for more information), and propose a short visit of your venue during the exhibition time.
Suppliers: You can invite the buyers of your choice to have lunch at your reserved table.
Destinations : Suggest Top potential buyers to come to a fam trip to discover your destination.
Hosted Buyers / Visitors : MICE PLACE welcomes events organizers: Agencies, Associations (and PCO) and Corporates coming from France and Europe mainly.
2 options are proposed to event organizers:
- Hosted Buyer programme : Its includes economy flight or train travel from selected destinations, overnight accomodation, transfers between the airport, hotel and exhibition and a host of other benefits (coffee breaks, Gala dinner, lunches...)
- Simple visitor: Local visitors or other event organisers are welcome during the whole duration of the exhibition. Warning: Suppliers or students will be allowed only with a special accreditation from the organizer.

Advantages for simple visitors:
Meals and the coffee breaks will be provided to simple visitors if they set up meetings with exhibitors prior to the exhibition. Last minute exceptions will have to be requested to the organizer at the welcoming desk.
A show guide will be given to all participants.
Advantages for Hosted Buyers:
All fees relative to the exhibition visit (transportation, meals, entertainment) will be offered by the organizer.
A fam trip will also be proposed to the Top Buyers (Hosted Buyers) after the exhibition by the welcoming destination.
