 Responsible for TRAS (Thrust reverser actuation systems) Systems purchasing including:
o Be the main interface between Aircelle and our supplier base
o Sourcing for new potential suppliers
o Overall budget of 30 Million Euros
o Leader of audit of potential and existing suppliers capability
o Lead on contract negociations after the whole RFP process has been done
o Lead on logisitical interventions at the Suppliers facility
o Follow up of test plans and certification issues on new programs
o Ensure deliveries are on time and all quality control aspects have been met
o Responsible for continuous cost improvement and change implementation and follow-up on all accounts
o Ensure the ramp up on new programs or restarts ( A318 ) and a smooth transition between development and production phases

 Involved in production transfer activities:
o Preparation of make or buys for internal management reviews
o Negotiating the transfers with the suppliers
