    Operate to response to tenders from our car-markers customers with our innovate and advanced phase products:

    - RFI & RFQ
    - Contractual aspect with our panel supplier for each RFQ : start non-disclosure agreement
    - Quotations for electronic, plastic & mechanical components

    Suppliers selection, contract negotiation and business award :

    - Propose and validate with commodity organization pre-sourcing target suppliers
    - Implementation of Valeo purchasing strategies (Pre Sourcing Committee and Sourcing Committee by analysis suppliers market, external risks, Group quality requirement and volumes with their costs and offers)
    - Support suppliers for competitive offers then award them according from our strategy in line with forecast
    - Negotiation with suppliers about cost, quality, process and productivity required by the project and commodities
    - Integration of new suppliers to Valeo panel (by requesting standards Valeo requirement documents linked to quality, logistic, general terms of purchase and handle negotiation of those documents)

    Project conception and follow-up :

    - Design to cost by supporting R&D and launch purchasing order for prototypes and serial products,
    - Handle and manage communication between suppliers and project team in order to reach project milestones and organize design review
    - Pilot and forecast the project purchasing index and lead the productivity action plan to reach project targets
    - Performance indicator to manage each month with the purchasing index
