In charge of Allen & Overy's Luxembourg Asia-Pacific desk which aims at servicing the Asia-Pacific region by fostering cross-border exchanges, whether inbound or outbound, between the Asia-Pacific region and Europe.

Advise on the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg investment vehicles (including retail funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, private equity funds and alternative investment structures).

Advised financial institutions on a range of finance transactions including syndicated financings, real estate financings and acquisition financings. Also have experience in restructuring finance transactions.
