Nicolas SERVANT

PARIS 5

En résumé

I have a background in biological analysis (two-year university degree) and computer science (B.Sc., M.Sc.). I have a eight years' experience in Cancer Bioinformatics and High Throughput Analysis.

Goals
The first objective of my work is to combine applied research and support for research and clinical teams. In close collaboration with the biologists and physician, our first mission is to define new strategies for high throughput analysis, and their implementation in bioinformatics tools or pipeline.
Specialties

High Throughput Sequencing Analysis : smallRNA-seq analysis, Chromosome Conformation Capture analysis
High Throughput Analysis : microarray analysis, definition of biostatistical approaches, gene expression analysis, copy number analysis
Cancer :Breast cancer and local relapse
