2017 - 2017As a consultant in project management for Airbus R&T, my daily job is to help build string R&T projects:
- discussing the technical goals of the project with potential associates (Thales, Dassault, Safran, orthers ...)
- créatine the project WBS accordingly,
- selecting partners (specialized small/medium companies and/or research labs)
- building the overall budgets (associates and partners)
- discussing with the administration on subsides and reporting
- project follow up
My main input to the task is my ability to help as an interface between all stakeholders (infernal and external), on all topics and issues (technical reviews, budget, planning, follow-up etc...)
