PARIS

En résumé

I have over 5 years of experience in consulting in the Capital Markets domain with a solid background in change management, project management and business analysis.

I have successfully led or engaged in a wide range of projects, perfecting my skills in stakeholder management, process modelling and project lifecycle management. In my last role, I carried out a strategic data modelling review for the Chief Data Office at a Tier 1 Global bank. The review aimed at assessing the current range of data modelling activities, developing a holistic strategic data vision, and determining the implementation plan for converting an effective end-to-end data model to reality.
Some of the other projects included putting in place a data warehouse for regulatory reporting purposes; improvement and optimisation of a stock lending and borrowing software; integration of commodity products into a back-office system for trade clearing, settlement and reporting; and providing production support to Front, Middle and Back Office users in the Equity Derivatives department.

In addition to leading project efforts, my management experience includes line management of an offshore testing factory team, ensuring training, work scoping and planning, and providing feedback on performance.
I hold a BBA in Business Administration from Institute of Business Studies in Moscow and an MBA in Finance from ESLSCA in Paris. My international background contributes to my capacity to adapt to novel situations and environments. This helps me establish good relationships with colleagues and clients, and stay flexible in ever-changing project context.
