    Ensured the appropriate procurement activity including Request For Information (RFI), Request For Quotation (RFQ), tender clarification process, on time delivery, asses tenders, risk and opportunity management, negotiation, short list, preferred bidder, contract.
    Contributed to Changed Management.
    Reported on procurement key performance indicators as savings: about 6M€ up to date.
