    - Bidding project for printing services. Helped a client identify the needs of its several operation centers, helped with the redaction of the RFP and with the selection of the potential service suppliers.

    - Created the questionnaire and went to ski resorts to conduct interviews.

    - Provided POMA with information concerning their brand positioning by conducting interviews with operating personnel in ski resorts to understand strengths and weaknesses of POMA.
