- R&D: Clinical (EDC/CTMS), Pharmacovigilance.
- Industrial Operations: New sites/buildings, Manufacturing (MES, Process Data Warehouse, SCC), Quality (LIMS), Supply Chain (bar-coding), International Vaccines Sites.
- Commercial Operations: International support.

- Participate in tool selection (technical assessment).

- Move to production and SLA.
Main projects: Distribution Center DRP (2005), new MIRAGE building (2005-2007), ELAN XFP MES (2006-2007), new B44 formulation building (2006-2010).
